Pat is our lab manager and has been employed in the office since 1993. Pat started in the industry in 1974 by delivering eyeglasses to local optometry offices. She loves watching patient families grow and all of the new faces they bring to the office. Over her 40+ years, Pat feels there is always something new to learn and enjoys the challenges. In her free time, Pat enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and 5 grandchildren.
Jennifer is one of our optical dispensers. As an optometric assistant, she focuses primarily on frame selections, lens specifications and ordering, frame repairs, and dispensings. She enjoys helping people find a frame that suits their style, personality and lifestyle! Jennifer also assists with training for contact lens insertion and removal. Her personal interests include video games, movies, photography, guitar, and travel.
Jessica is employed as the Optical Manager in our office. Jessica started in the optical industry in 2012 after moving to Canada from South Carolina. Having an extensive medical background that began in 2006, she feels she has found her “home” in the field of optometry. Jessica was certified as an optometric assistant in 2014. You will find her most often in the gallery or working with Brooklin to manage the day to day operations of the office. In her spare time, she enjoys staying busy with her two children.
Brooklin is our Administrative Manager and has been employed in our office since 2001, although her career in the optometric field began in 1995. She considers Kitchener Eyecare her second home.
